The Fund’s participation in financing a project can be multi-annual (up to three years), with the share of financing decreasing from year to year.
In a three-year budget, the rate of the request in the second year should be no higher than 90% of the budget for the first year; and in the third year it should be no higher than 50% of the budget for the first year.
The Fund generally participates in the financing of the novel aspects of the program, and aspects essential for its development and dissemination, for example: financing the salaries of the project’s coordinators or other functions without which the project cannot run, expenditure on advertising and marketing the project, on posters and seminars, one-time expenses.
